Ah, censorship

Sent to the Kansas Board of Power after this article was pulled by a judge. Loves me my Google cache.

I read this morning that your lawyers had successfully convinced a judge to force the Pitch and the KC Star to remove the report that you'd, well, lied about upgrades to three power plants.

Wouldn't it have been better to actually have done the upgrades to the plants?

Besides, the articles have made the cache of Google and are there for all to see. Not to mention, this heavy handed legal approach has forced far more eyes on your failure to protect the environment than had you just let the newspaper print the stories.

Censorship just does not work.
